Tag rename на русском

We have a large instance of Visual Studio Online or VSTS or Azure DevOps. We have a Tag on work items that is called A B for example. Someone also created another. I have various files that are names type_featAtype_featB and type_featAtype_featC I need that all type_featA are replaced with START
